We have always placed the highest priority on the safety of our riders and the cleanliness of our facility. We will be going above and beyond to make sure you feel safe and confident about coming to ride
with us during COVID-19.
Disinfecting before and after class of all common areas, benches, lockers, bikes, shoes, washrooms, door handles, railings, and any high touch surfaces using disinectant confirmed effective against
Social distancing will be in effect at all times. Please respect the floor markers throughout the facility to keep yourself and other riders safe.
All staff and riders will be screened before admittance into Iron Cycle Club following Fraser Valley Health Authority COVID-19 screening protocols.
Hand sanitizer stations will be easily accessible throughout the facility.
Riders will be asked the following questions upon arrival:
Do you have any of the following symptoms: fever, chills, cough, shortness of breath, sore throat and painful swallowing, stuffy or runny nose, loss of sense of smell, headache, muscle aches,
fatigue, or loss of apetite?
Are you or anyone you are living with either sick/self-isolating or quarantined?
Any riders who answer 'yes' to either of the questions above will not be permitted to enter the facility. It is recommended that anyone with symptoms of COVID-19 call 8-1-1 for guidance.
Please arrive 10-15 minutes before class.
Follow social distancing protocols indicated by floor markers.
Check in verbally and a locker will be assigned to you.
Please come ready to ride to limit need to use changing room.
Water station will be closed so please bring your own water or purchase water at reception.
Please go directly to your bike and do not linger or congregate in common areas.
There will be no late admittance to class.
Exiting the room will be done one by one and starting with closest to the door.
Please follow social distancing guidelines while waiting for access to lockers.
Please grab your things immediately after class and exit the facility as soon as possible.
Showers will be closed until further notice.
Staff & Instructor Safety
All staff will be required to wear gloves and masks when necessary.
Staff will remain behind the front desk aside from cleaning and will help from a safe distance when required.
Bike setup for new riders will be done via demonstration from a safe distance.
Membership & Cancellations
All unlimited memberships will continue to be on hold unless reactivated by rider. Please email us to reactivate at firstname.lastname@example.org
In order to accommodate as many riders as we can our 12 hour cancellation policy will still be in effect.
Please call or email if you are sick and cannot attend class due to illness.
