Hydrate
Hydration prior to class is crucial to a successful workout session.
Water will be available for purchase if you forget yours at home.
Fuel
Make sure you have enough energy for your ride by eating within a few hours before.
Clothing
Please wear workout appropriate gear such as tight fitting leggings, shorts, t-shirts and tanks.
In Club
Come Early
Come early and make sure you have everything you need to have a great workout.
Please arrive 15 minutes before class to sign in, get your cycle shoes, and adjust your bike.
The cycle room door closes exactly at the
beginning of class and no late entry is allowed.
If this is your first ride please come 25 minutes early so we can properly assist you and educate you about your bike and your ride.
Clipping in with your shoes for the first time can be a challenge so come early to
practice before stepping into the room.
Shoes
Clip in bike shoes are provided to make your ride as comfortable and as efficient as possible.
Outside clip-in shoes are welcome.
Our bikes are SPD compatible.
Socks must be worn with Iron Cycle Club shoes.
Towels
Complimentary bike towels are included in your ride to ensure your own comfort and those riding with you.
Etiquette
Please refrain from using or checking your phone once class has started. Treat your class as an opportunity to be present and unplugged.
Recover
Hydrate
Make sure you fuel and re-hydrate your body properly after a workout so you can come to your next ride stronger than before.
Shower
Our changing room facilities are fully stocked with fresh towels, shampoo, conditioner and soaps products for your post-ride shower.
Cancellation Policy
We value your time and we know that sometimes life happens and you are unable to attend your workout. In order to accommodate that, there is a 12 hour cancellation policy.
You may cancel online or call us during open hours 12 hours prior to your ride to cancel or to reschedule. If you cancel within 12 hours you will be charged for the ride.
If you have a monthly unlimited package and no show for your ride, you will be charged a $10 no show fee.
Please respect that if you no show, you have taken away the opportunity for someone else to ride with us.
